Calorie data

Enter body data, then choose the closest activity level. The page estimates maintenance and applies a fixed ±500 kcal target model.

Daily calorie estimate

Ready to calculate

After calculation, this panel shows estimated TDEE, BMR, and reference targets for loss or gain.

How to use the result

Use TDEE only as a planning baseline. Hold a plan for a while, then adjust from 2-4 weeks of weight trend and adherence.

Maintain

An activity-factor estimate of daily energy needs, not a measured value.

Loss reference

Fixed at 500 kcal below the estimate; adjust from trend and professional guidance.

Gain reference

Fixed at 500 kcal above the estimate; not an individualized muscle-gain plan.

This tool uses a fixed Harris–Benedict equation, activity factors, and a daily ±500 kcal model. It does not use body-fat, muscle-mass, illness, medication, pregnancy, or breastfeeding data. Treat the output as an adult planning start, not a prescription; ask a clinician or registered dietitian about special stages, chronic illness, eating disorders, or unexplained weight change.
